Booking Information
Follow our booking prompts to check availability, costs and to make a booking! By booking online you will confirm your reservation with us, with initial payment required at the time of booking. You will then be emailed a booking confirmation that you should bring with you on arrival.
How the New Booking System Works:
The online booking platform allows you to make an initial booking for one vehicle and the occupants in that vehicle – this is essentially a deposit to secure your site.
As we’ve always welcomed groups of friends and family on the same campsite, we’ll follow up with you after receiving the initial booking to:
- Confirm how many vehicles/guests you’ll have in total
- Send you the registration form (one per vehicle)
- Provide instructions for additional payments
Additional Guests
If you’re bringing extra guests, please:
- Have them complete the attached registration form (one per vehicle, listing all occupants) sent in your follow-up email from us
- Email it back to us
- Pay via direct deposit using the bank details provided in the follow-up email
Rates for guests:
- $20.00 per adult per night
- $10.00 per school-aged child per night
- One-off $30.00 per vehicle (goes to road maintenance)
Before You Arrive
We’ll give you a call the evening before your arrival to:
- Provide your gate access code
- Update you on road/weather conditions
- Confirm your estimated arrival time
Important:
- Bookings are essential as access is through a locked gate.
- Please register by visiting our booking page.
- Access through the locked gate is available after 12 noon
- It takes approx. 1.5 hours from Armidale
- This timing ensures campers leaving have cleared the area by midday
- 4WD access only

Checkin Time: Any time after 12 noon on day of arrival
No entry after 8pm unless by written prior arrangement
Checkout Time: Any time on day of departure, before 11.00am.
Please note as per our terms and conditions West Kunderang may at any time whatsoever refuse entry to the Property by any Customers, or require any Customers already in attendance to leave the Property immediately. We have zero tolerance for anyone that demonstrates unacceptable behavior, or for anyone who would cause a disturbance.
